We visited Markus and Nicola schools on 3rd of November together with Ko Naing. Both school buildings are in good shape. Now we have a new headmistress for the school. This school is now a branch- high school. Now they have preschool to Grade 12. At the beginning of the year, they had two Grade 12 students. Because of the need for teachers this one goes and studies at a private school in Nyaung U. This year we have 292 children with 7 teachers. The Paul Water Filter is working well and it filters 30 seconds per liter. It has already 6 years of service. This time the new head of the village and water committee came to meet me. We talk about our solar water system. The village has electricity. But it is not reliable. They want to have a solar water system. But their pump has a bigger power of 10 Hp and the tube well is deeper which is 1050 feet. Now they still have the rain water pond for drinking water. In the summer they will need more water. We two are under a flame trees which we planted in 2019. It getting bigger. A lot of warm greetings from the village. /Min Min
